The 24-Hour Chicken Channel

Apologies in advance to any Canadians out there who've known about this for the past year, but apparently Swiss Chalet, which looks to be the Canadian equivalent of Boston Market, owns an entire cable channel that's dedicated to videos of rotisserie chicken. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, it's just videos of the chicken itself, on a rotisserie, rotating. No cooking shows, no talking heads, just chicken. Spinning.

Every once in a while, though, a guy dressed up to look like a container of Swiss Chalet's dipping sauce dances:

Oh, Canada!

Are they really screening comments in an article about a rotisserie chicken cable channel?

HAHA! I live in Toronto and we all thought this was the funniest thing ever, when they announced it. So of course everyone tuned in to see it. They are very clever. After about 1.5 minutes, you can almost smell it cooking and the next thing you know, you are calling for delivery. VERY CLEVER INDEED!
