Bonnie Erbé hosts the weekly PBS series To the Contrary, which covers all issues affecting women, children, families and communities of color. The show is in its 16th season on PBS and airs on 230 PBS stations each week. It is the longest-lasting women's news analysis program on national TV. Ms. Erbé also writes a weekly column for Scripps Howard Newspapers and a thrice-weekly blog for USNews.com.

Before launching To the Contrary, Ms. Erbé covered the Supreme Court and Justice Department for NBC News and Capitol Hill for UPI Radio. She has covered every national political convention since 1976. She has a master's in journalism from Columbia University and a law degree from Georgetown University. She has appeared on all the cable news networks as a political commentator.
