I ran into Congressman Rangel on the 16th Street Mall here in Denver. He was was looking dapper in a royal blue blazer, perspiring heavily and greeting well-wishers as he moved along on his way.
Here are his comments on Hillary Clinton's impending appearance at the DNC and what sort of response it will generate from her constituency.
