It has been said that the extent to which we are not experiencing what we want is the extent to which we are resisting it. And as we explored in the last video, resistance comes from fear. So... if we aren't experiencing all the money we say we want, it may well be that we are unconsciously resisting it. Having more looks good in our conscious fantasies, but under that are a lot of memories and beliefs about why it wouldn't be safe to have more. Part of you might scoff at such an idea, "Who, me? Afraid of money? Ridiculous! I want tons of money!" But if tons of money isn't what is showing up for you, wouldn't it be worth it to take a look at the possibility that fear might be in the way? Hmmm... now if only we had a way to clear fear...

If you are new to tapping, it will be beneficial to also watch the first episode in the "Tap Out Your Fears" series -- which explains the basics of EFT -- click here.

As with any of my tapping videos, this is an abbreviated process for releasing fear. Some folks may find their fear dissolve after just one tapping session, but for others, it will take some repetition, bringing the discomfort down little by little each time. (Still others may uncover specific issues that are best addressed directly with a wellness practitioner.) In any event, this brief video should help at least take the edge off the discomfort, freeing you up to enjoy life much more. Let us know how it helped you!

Have a specific fear you'd like to see featured in a future "Tap Out Your Fears" vlog? Comment below, or tweet us all about it @HealthyLiving using the hashtags #becomingfearless and #tapoutfear.

Tapping can sometimes bring up long-buried emotions, which is why I always ask folks to take full responsibility for their own well-being before tapping. For more information about that, please read this disclaimer.

Until next time, feel free to tap along with any of the many videos I have on YouTube or the many recordings I have at www.TapToFeelGood.com.
