WATCH: Tap Out Your Fears!

Posted: 05/23/2012 8:39 am

Welcome to the "Tap Out Your Fears" vlog! Fear is often a bigger part of our lives than we are consciously aware -- and limits our experience of health, wealth and happiness. Fortunately, there are tools to deal with fear -- and EFT/tapping is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to set ourselves free.

In this first video, I'll give a brief overview of what tapping is and how to do it. In future posts, I will present tapping sequences to address different fears that you may be facing. Have a specific fear you'd like to see featured in a future "Tap Out Your Fears" vlog? Comment below, or tweet us all about it @HealthyLiving using the hashtags #becomingfearless and #tapoutfear. If you tweet, you will automatically be entered into Toyota Corolla's Most Fearless Tweet Contest! (Click here for the Official Rules.)

In the meantime, feel free to tap along with any of the many videos I have on YouTube or the many recordings I have at www.TapToFeelGood.com.

Brad Yates' presentation style, encompassing both humor and compassion while capturing the issues clearly, are helpful in all his EFT videos. Fear (of something) is an issue the majority, if not all of us can relate to. Thank you Brad for your ongoing EFT promotion and for providing so much free tapping material.

I love all of Brad Yates videos!! He is awesome!! I have a fear of acknowledging that a recent surgery seems to be so successful. I am afraid I will jinx it by basking in the joy of this moment. Is that fear of success? I would really like to not be afraid of a good thing happening to me!

Thank you Huffington Post for getting the information on this effective and valuable stress relief tool out to the general public. Its a life changer/saver...and so simple. I teach 5 year-olds how to do it. Thank you Brad too. Someday this will be a wide spread good habit..... like brushing your teeth...and the world will be a better place from it.

I agree, Shawn! Tapping along with Brad's YouTube videos helped me access and release some really deep-seated grief last year. Totally unexpected -- I hadn't even known I was holding it in like that. I do believe tapping helps you get to hidden negative stuff. Stay tuned for Brad's next video, which is coming soon!

EFT has helped me over the last year. I didn't realize it until I started to tap but I was frozen by my former need to be PERFECT all the time. Brad sure helped me overcome this trap, I have started to take action, Thomas Edison failed many times before getting it right. FEEDBACK IS GOOD! Thank you Brad!!!!
