Briana Rose Morgan is a doctoral candidate in Political Science at Georgetown University. She has previously served in the Clinton White House and has consulted on several Democratic campaigns at the local, state and national level. In 2004, Briana served on Howard Dean’s presidential campaign (please don’t ask about the scream). Her graduate research centers on elections and focuses specifically on the presidential nominating process.
