Here's one thought.

Have you slowed yourself down lately to truly feel the power of one moment in time? One breath. One idea. One interaction. One smile. One breeze. One conversation.

The extraordinary value in one experience often passes us by as we are in this time of doing so much. Balancing so many roles. Creating so many opportunities yet missing the finite joy of the simplest things.

We tend to operate just like technology has evolved and allowed us to. With multiple apps open at the same time. Jumping from one to the other without fully experiencing pure focus. Sure you slow down when you're in yoga and the breath work has brought you back down to a speed in which you are focused on the actual moment, but what about day to day?

Did you notice that person walking past you had sadness written all over their face? Did you notice your child was simply trying to show you that they were so proud of themselves while you were trying to make dinner? Did the moment pass you by? Were you trying to do too many things at once?

Moments are fleeting, do everything you can to slow yourself down and optimize them.

Embrace the moment your child is asking for your attention because one day they won't need you so much. Exchange a smile to that person passing you by that has a concerned look upon their face because you never know that you may be the smile they needed in that moment.

Enjoy one song. One cup of coffee. One moment holding hands with someone you care about. One phone call. One foot in the sand. One wave crashing on the shore. One bird flying by. One leaf falling from the tree. One bite of a meal that was just prepared. One story. One kiss. One thought. One friend. One moment in the sun. One flower in bloom. One painting. One dance.

Slow it down.

Cherish it.

Breathe it in and fully release to the pure bliss of one. Do this often, because you can. Because we have one life. And time is not promised to any of us, so why would we ever waste a moment when we truly know the value of one?
