Bruce Hoffman is director of the Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center. From 2004-2006 he was Scholar-in-Residence for Counterterrorism at the CIA.
