Are you looking to connect with a sense of deeper, true love for yourself and perhaps with someone else this Valentine's Day?

In the video above, I share a bit about color therapy with you and explore the benefits of adding the color magenta into your world.

Traditionally, we see a lot of pink and red on Valentine's Day. The color pink can promote feelings of softness and compassion and the color red can promote love on a physical level. The color magenta may help you connect to feelings of love at a deeper, spiritual level.

Some of the ways you can add 50 shades of magenta into your world include:

  • Incorporating magenta into your clothing or accessory color choices.
  • Painting a wall in your home with magenta.
  • Visualizing the color magenta.
  • Covering yourself with a magenta blanket.
  • Using essential oils filled with the energy of magenta.
  • Covering a window that receives direct sunlight with a magenta-colored fabric.
  • Using a magenta-colored light bulb or filter in a lamp.

May your Valentine's Day be filled with the energy of true and abundant love.

I hope this blog post inspires you to wear your authenticity!
