Catherine Britton is a graduate of Edinburgh University and has worked in bookselling and publishing for over 25 years, most recently for 13 years as a senior editor at the British Library in London. She now works for ACC Publishing in Suffolk, producing books on jewelry, fashion, antiques and, in her words “all things posh and fabulous." Dogs in Books came about from a ‘happy combination’ of her love of both dogs and books and a desire to understand and share the stories behind the dog characters themselves. It is published in the U.S. by Mark Batty Publishing.
