Charles speaks and delivers training workshops nationally and internationally. He is the author and coauthor of several books, including "Looking at Type®: Your Career" and "Looking at Type®: The Fundamentals." He received his doctorate in counseling psychology at the University of Florida and his M.A. Ed. and B.A. degrees at Wake Forest University.
