Chris Deri is Executive Vice President and Global Practice Leader for Edelman’s CSR & Sustainability practice. He advises decision makers and senior leaders of global companies, NGOs and governments on strategies and practical initiatives to engage, debate and find new solutions related to social, environmental and public health issues.

Before joining Edelman, Chris served as Vice President of Al Gore’s Regional Business Outreach & Finance Director in the Northeast and served as the Director of Institutional Affairs for the National Minority AIDS Council. Chris taught English at Shandong University in the People’s Republic of China and speaks Mandarin. Chris is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader; he serves on the board of Global Kids and lives in New York with his wife and three daughters.
