Christopher DeSá is a graduate student at the Brazilian Studies Centre at the University of Oxford. Prior to Oxford, Mr. DeSá was an attorney with White & Case, LLP in São Paulo, Brazil, where he represented some of Brazil's largest companies on a wide range of capital market transactions. He also served as an intern in the Office of Public Liaison at the White House and worked with Dean International, Inc. as a public policy consultant. Mr. DeSá is currently studying Brazilian politics and economics, with an emphasis on on the judicial branch and the rule of law. Mr. DeSá is a graduate of UCLA and the University of Texas School of Law, where he served on Texas Law Review.
