Claire Gallam is a travel, food and home writer, as well as a photographer. She is also a cookbook author (Eat Skinny, Be Skinny: Skyhorse Publishing), recipe developer and food stylist for the website The Realistic Nutritionist. Her recipes, stories and photos have been featured on, Buzzfeed, Bon Appetit, the Huffington Post, Babble, Food Gawker and The Dr. Oz show. She's spent time in over 25 countries and hundreds of cities writing, photographing and immersing herself in all things food, wine and culture.
