Clare Munn is the CEO and Founder of social impact media company The Communication Group, the 8-year-old umbrella company for TCGAgency.com, 7 House Media, SocialPresence.me, and SocMeAcademy.com, which launches in spring 2013 and aims to empower and educate through certified social media, branding and digital marketing training. She brings 20 years of expertise in technology, business and executive management to clients who are looking for scalable and lucrative digital and brand repositioning strategies to find and sustain new audiences. Munn was instrumental in raising over $25 million for Playback Media and Employment Law Training Inc. –- the first multidimensional, online site for compliance in 1997, which is still being used today.

Born and brought up in Zimbabwe, she traversed the world of publishing, design, communication and technology, and is now leveraging her knowhow into effective and concise branding strategies and online learning, including CQ™, a personal theory to help express and receive amongst different communication styles. Partner in CQ is Patricia Arquette.

As a global activist, Munn has served on boards and advisory boards of organizations such as Pangea Day, Artists for Literacy, Creative Visions, WomensHIVProgram, and WeAdvance, and has served as a trustee for Environment Africa and the California Women’s Conference.
