Coleen Rowley is a retired FBI agent who brought some of the pre 9-11 lapses to light which led to a two year long investigation by the Department of Justice Inspector General. Rowley also warned publicly of launching the unjustified war on Iraq. After retiring from the FBI, she ran (unsuccessfully) for Congress in Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District. She’s since become a “citizen journalist” and creative communication specialist focused on exposing the mistakes and problems the Bush Administration has created in waging its “war on terror”.



Pete Smith is a Twin Cities-based humorist, writer, advertising executive, business consultant, and blogger. His book reviews, humor pieces, articles and commentaries have appeared in The Chicago Sun Times, The Minneapolis Star Tribune, and The Journal of Law and Politics. His short stories appear in writing competitions and anthologies from time to time.

He was a member of the original advertising creative team that helped an under-funded college professor named Paul Wellstone upset two term incumbent U.S. Senator Rudy Boschwitz in 1990. In 1992, he wrote and produced the nation’s first political attack jingle. He has taken a pledge never to write political advertising again.
