As a licensed unicorn rancher, I want a bill to prevent the EPA from regulating my unicorn farm! Can I get some Tea Baggers behind this? Prevent the “Job Killing” unicorn ranch regulations. If unicorns are regulated, only criminals will have unicorns!

I'm sorry our state elected this collage drop out and fantasy legislation that she came up with. She is way over her head in this position she was elected to. I hope South Dakota can find someone who we can elect that represents us and not only there party. I feel Representative Kristi Neom is overpaid and should go back to her welfare farm.

I think we need a illegal space aliens bill. I mean they come into town abducting our women and middle aged men. Then there is always this preoccupation with anal probes. Then puff, they are gone and nobody knows where?
I am sure one of our Responsible Republican congressman will take this one up, I mean, (HRA51) why shouldn't they?

I think next we should ban the shooting of Bigfoots. Let Congress work on another "worthwhile" item.

Another attempt by Republicans to divert governmental attention from the real issues of unfair taxation and corporate subsidies. Amazing that their playbook, as simplistic and obvious as it is, continues to work.

Stefan,

F and F

This is also about Agriculture Subsidies of which this Rethuggery Team member receives as do most in her area - with 600 people. Three million dollars is what this is about.

Concern for regulation of dust is not so overblown. I live in the San Joaquin Valley referenced in the article and we do regulate dust to help meet federal clean air standards. If you have a farm with dirt roads, you must either put water or (vegetable) oil on them to help prevent dust. Really!

Farm dust can be dangerous to some people because they can get sick here in California central valley many people get Valley Fever during the spring plowing and fall harvests. This flu can last months.

You can not imagine just the every day dust is insane here but during harvest it is even worse.

I dusted my blinds not even two weeks ago and need to do them again just from leaving the windows open and we have not had many windy days.

Midwest,

That also happens in the Phoenix area - dogs and cats get Valley Fever as well and it cost my sister $2,000 this summer for one dog in vet bills.

If I have it correct, this is from one farmer to another. Cool! I think you're referring to a condition called Coccidioidomycosis. From what I've come to understand, that's very nasty stuff. I've heard it referred to as 'California disease' because it is found in the south western states.

Maybe we can import some up to Rep. Kristi Noem's district in South Dakota to give her something to really worry about!!! : )

Now that the American taxpayer has bought her family's ranch (at a cost of over $3 million dollars), she just can't wait to start polluting!

What a lovely person Rep. Kristi Noem (R, SD) has turned out to be!
