Insiders think this assassination is a gift from Rohm Emmanuel, the crook formerly of the White House. And of course these dirty fighters are aided by the media. Now, refresh my memory: how many stories have there been regarding Cain's situation v. Clinton's WH BJs, allegations of rape, unwanted groping, etc? What a sham our politicians and our media idjits run.

Right. Dems get absolutely no benefit from this story coming out - in fact they suffer from it if it clears the path for a quick Romney win.

If Perry had a brain, he would own up to it. It would make a great segway for the following:

Yes, I did it. I did it because: Too many corporate leaders think that all they have to do to avoid the laws that all citizens must follow, is to throw money around and bribe people into silence. Another option for them is to give massive donations to political campaigns to convince law makers to change the laws CEOs love to break."
Then a diversion of the train of thought to his arch nemesis, President Obama:
"When our dear leader, President Reagan was in office, tens of thousands of corporate criminals were hauled off to jail during the S&L scandal. But, in the past 3 years, Obama's department of Justice hasn't chosen to prosecute one single corporate criminal responsible for the Mortgage Fraud and default swap schemes that have nearly destroyed our country.
As president, I will hunt down and prosecute every corporate swindler that ever roamed among the towering citadels of Wall St, or the rest of our fair country. I'll make sure they all do hard time. I will bring back justice to our fair country, and clean the corporate board rooms of these foul vermine."
Then Perry rides off into the sunset on his harley.

Well, Perry might be a miscast for this role. Kucinich perhaps.

Perry "miscast"? Y'think?

Perry has never met a corporate campaign donor he didn't love. He doens't care what they do as long as he gets money from them.

The "vaccine" bit? Merck funneled him a lot more than "only" $5000--you can't buy Perry for peanuts--they just did it via the governor's association.

The Tras Texas Corridor? He was going to hand managing that over to a Spanish company, and if they didnt make enough profit, Texas taxpayers would have had to make up the difference. And that company was a campaign donor.

This in no way deserves to be compared to the carefully crafted, deliberate and vicious lies of "Swift Boating."

Swift Boating is calling a decorated combat veteran an unpatriotic coward.

Swift Boating is accusing a female veteran who lost both legs serving in Iraq of wanting to "duck and run" when she calls for an end to that war.

For an innocent, calm, competent candidate, this would be a minor annoyance. For someone as vain, arrogant and short-fused as Cain, it's a revelation of his flaws.....and I'm not talking about any sexual hangups he may have. He's been accused. No one should judge him guilty of that until we have proof.

But the way he's been handling this is revealing. Flustered, hostile, confused....is this someone we want as Commander in Chief?

Let a campaign be a campaign but save Herman Cain the bad publicity. Campaigning for politicians ought to change by now, people should learn.
