cutting federal jobs does not amount to a 'jobs bill'

I know the right-wing seems to think that cutting federal jobs will somehow create private sector jobs, but it simply is NOT true, even in the slightest.

and they didn't realize what they got with the pipeline issue they try to force down the public. what is does is guarantee that it is killed in 60days. the president is going to kill it. it also guarantee now that there is a pure debate of the pipeline in the public, and onces that happens, it is would rejected. just like republican super committee, they gamble and lost. now defense is going to be cut big time.

Heaven forbid. Just what we need: a Congress full of first timers with no idea what they are doing.

No need to throw baby out with the bathwater.

Responsible citizens who keep up with what their government is doing, what Congress is doing know who the troublemakers are. All we need do is rid ourselves of them and their destruction and vote in good people.

And, never ever vote for a Republican for anything...for the next 20 years at least.

Facts speak for themselves, dearie.

As John Adams said, "Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence."

Dvn,

Indeed. I am quite surprised these RePigs DO NOT have their constituents PROTESTING in front of their homes -

It may happen here on Marsha Blackburn's front lawn in the WEALTHIEST COUNTY in Tennessee, while she was TOO BUSY with lightbulbs and Faux Noise, and TOO HATED to come up to Fort Campbell, (101st Airborne, Air Assault) as were Alexander and Corker....to WELCOME HOME THE TROOPS....

First rule of negotiating is doing it with the leader. They were working with titular head of the GOP in the House. He's not the leader, clearly. GOP: get your act together.
It's been said that getting bills passed is like making sausage, and it would be nice if Congress could even figure out how to do that.
