Oh my gosh, Siku is adorable. How can anyone see these photos and not care about the plight of the polar bears?

Even polar bears do the same ten things over and over.
02:10 PM on 02/27/2012
Neither the arctic nor the polar bear need protecting - the polar bear numbers have been increasing and so has the sea ice. Our carbon footprint is only 3-4% of the CO2 out there. There is a carbon cycle just like there is a water cycle. And this is abuse of a polar bear cub in the name of fear mongering. I'm sick of it.

Too bad you have so little grasp on reality. You are either a liar or stupid.

The earth has been warming for 20,000 years now. Man's "carbon footprint" has nothing to do with it.

The last 20,000 years has actually been uncharacteristically stable compared to prior eras. How do you explain that?
04:20 PM on 02/27/2012
Regardless of whether you believe that climate change/global warming is anthropogenic, you should still have a respect for our planet (whether that means reducing your carbon foot print, recycling, putting an end to deforestation...). The point is that there HAVE been animals to go extinct as a direct result of humans. It is your job as a citizen of the earth to appreciate it; the consequences to your actions may seem like nothing now, but that does not mean they will stay that way for ever.
