Talk about "bad taste."

To the 'Rich' around the globe...it's not that the mass of humanity dislikes you BECAUSE you're rich --- the idea of working hard/mostly playing by the rules/a little luck and ending up with a ship load of money ( my pun) is something EVERYONE likes ----- it's what you morons do with it. The billions ( maybe trillions) ya'll have stuffed between your butt-cheeks can truly create life-long positive outcomes for A LOT of people --- didn't Jesus say something like this --- instead of another 'golden turkey'. THINK !!

Building four ships should keep an awful lot of Chinese busy for a while not to mention all the suppliers and designers. Or don't they count?

I appreciate the nostalgia, but think it is misguided. How about a ship named Honor the Moment.

Ask any old sea captain and he will remind you it is not nice to mess with King Neptunes realm and you never name a ship using a doomed former ship's name.Karma does exsist...

Will this ship see the same fate as the movies Titanic II? Only straight to the abyss as opposed to straight to DVD

Wow, this brainy idea is as smart as a sequel to the movie with Sean Penn and Madona in "Shanghai Surprise".

Hopefully, they will put enough lifeboats onto the ship as that was a major flaw in the first one. Hopefully they will also follow the original designers that wanted the watertight bulkheads going way higher than they originaly did.

I guess that some people are not in understanding that replica means the same type of ship: coal burning furnaces and all. Nice to have all the money "to Burn".

The proper real cruise is to start at South Hampton go to New York and then make the return. With all the running around people do on airplanes to go to England or Europe a straight cruise from with New York or Miami as a starting point would be better, especially if the cruising speed were 20 plus knots and no stops in the Caribbean.

Uh, sometimes it is NOT a good idea to go with the Lowest Bidder! Will it read "Made In China" just below the TITANIC II name on the ship? No Thanks!

Considering probably half if not more of the oil tankers are Chinese, this ship sinking would be inconsequential.
