Anyone wants a Version 1 iPhone. I have a deal for you. I am selling it at the low 2007 price - $799.

should wal-mart be held pre-emtivly liable for any injuries suffered by shoppers who were over zealous in buying a new toy? When does the action of non-employees become the responsibility of wal-mart?

worker's have rights...even at Walmart-google OSHA--ALSO "Super-stores" spend lots of $$$ designing store layouts to accomadate customer flow & traffic...nice try but don't worry most American's are too poor to shop elsewhere...Walmart will be just fine, they have 'friends' in high places

to do what exactly? Beat shoppers that rush into the store? Would a security guards shouts to slow down make any difference?

Apple is not advertising this, but if you take an ad from WalMart (or anyone else) to the Apple Store, they will match the price in the ad.
sooooooo for those of us ALLERGIC to WalMart, we can still get the lower price.
