Don't these people understand that their drugs plans were already paying for those employees who use these products "before" the healthcare ruling? Or is it like the Catholic church being in "denial" that many Catholic families use various forms of birth control?

Ok, here we go again- a company who controls his employees right to choice... If they hire women of their own persuasion , they should not have a problem. Just because it is offered, doesn't mean it has to be used. Another cop out... then the company must take responsibility for unwanted births and expenses as an alternate. I doubt if they want to play that side of the coin even though they profess the other side. Humanity is not a religious right. Religion would do better by remembering who they serve.

As an avid crafter I have practically supported the local Hobby lobby by myself. Well Mr Green - NO MORE. Not one more penny of my VERY LARGE craft budget will go to your stores. Also I will be spreading the word to all my crafty friends too.

Of you are in the medical field, you should not get to pick and choose which people you will serve based on your religious beliefs. You are licensed by the state to serve people and fill prescriptions and have medications available. If you do not, get out of business and let someone in who does not discrimate. Religions have increasingly put forward the argument that they get to discriminate at will because they are religious. But, these people who have a GD cow if you even mention Sharia law.

NO DISCRIMINATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!

I wonder if they stop people from shopping there who believe in birth control, morning after pills and abortion. They make their profit on them too. If they own and run that many businesses, then they are making big money and need to follow the law of the land or get out of such a secular business. Maybe they should stick to passing the collection plate in church.

I'm reading a book about the financially accountability of church finances and their collection plates.  There is none essentially leaving unaccounted for money rife for the taking.  You make a good point, but religious true believers are more interested in converting people than taking their money.

Poor little bible thumps and their companies, so want to be like Catholics and their mantra of "every sperm is sacred" but without the Catholic guilt.

We need laws to prevent exposing our children to these vicious cults.

In this country you are free to hold whatever religious beliefs you want. However, when you enter the business environment you are bound by the laws and regulations that govern US businesses. If you don't like them, due to your religious beliefs or any other reason, then feel free to leave the business environment. But don't get the idea that your religious beliefs trump the laws of the United States. If a Mormon minister sets up a wedding chapel in Las Vegas, they do not have the authority to legally marry one man to two or more women just because their religious beliefs allow it.

Mr. Green fails to realize that the coverage doesn't require his employees to TAKE the medication...it just has to be available in case his employees want it. Kind of like penicillin for an infection, or Viagra for other kinds of swellings.

Otherwise, the Feds would be allowing Mr. Green to impose his religion on employees who may not share his convictions.

mr. green has very few of "ze little grey cells" to paraphrase M. Poirot. He also can't be bothered to read the law before rushing off to the lawyers office.

I agree, as the Allmighty Carlin once said, "if these people want to get involved in politics, make them pay the admission price like everybody else!"
