Brave new world. Is this really necessary? for women to be in combat zones?
01:43 AM on 09/21/2012
If a woman wants to serve her country and is both physically and mentally capable of being in combat zones, then she should be allowed to do so. Militarily defending your country shouldn't be just a man's job. ;) :)

Oh, and shame on you if you aren't on board with her breastfeeding in a war zone! It's NATURAL, you creep!

Clearly. Afghanistan posed a huge threat to Britain, and she's "defending her country" from the scawy Afghans.

This is nothing new happens all the time. Stress will cause a woman to stop having periods maybe she thought that was the cause.

Army training must be pretty easy if a pregnant woman can complete it.

How can you not know you're pregnant unless you're very heavy? She knew she was, she just didn't want to be taken out of the combat zone, so she risked not only her's but her baby's life.

My wife and I had five kids. During each pregnancy, I could feel the baby kicking with my hand on her belly or on my belly when I was laying behind and next to her through her back. There is just no way she didn't know.

I know right? My sister's pregnant and she kicked the first time this week. How can you not feel it yourself when someone else can?

Funny thing but I was give five months pregnant when I found out I was having a Baby! Loving it! I already had two and the third was the blessing.. Why didn't I know? Well, I worked alot, gain little or no weight. Never had a period because of the Deprovera Bith Control injections.. I feel great since I jogged, ate well and stay peaceful. I can believe in Miracles,, I can believe in this story.. Ironic.... Served in Desert Storm 22 years ago. Proud of our US Troops.. Period. So stop complaining.........

Actually if you do your research before being sarcastic. You can get pregnant up to several months after the depo shot. Google it. And here is a link about surprise pregnancies on the Discovery Channel. http://health.discovery.com/fansites/i-didnt-know-i-was-pregnant/pregnancy-surprises.html Since you are a man this would be a good source of education for you. No sarcasm on my part intended. P.S. You must of heard George Straights song.

You are pregnant for 10 months... NOT 9 but 10 full term.... You no longer mensturate, breast enlarge and begin lactating, etc... etc... etc.... And she didn't know she was pregnant??? Yeah right!

That is not the case in all pregnacies. Sometimes you can still bleed a bit. And sometimes women don't get periods, I stoped for a year becouse of how active I was in my sports. You really need to do some research. http://health.discovery.com/fansites/i-didnt-know-i-was-pregnant/pregnancy-surprises.html

I know what it is to be pregnant. EXPERIENCE by far supercedes any BS you read online or anywhere else. Can you continue to bleed during your pregnancy? Absolutely! However, the changes to the body are undeniable---- What is written in numerous medical journals is that is very common with women who are obese OR teenagers who are in psychological denial. Culprj... I'm in my 40's.... DON'T give me BS about researching. Additionally, if you didn't mensturate in a year it is rare it has to do with your activity in sports.... It's nutrition or something worse! Been there done that too.... I competed as a dancer in my youth.

Glad mom and baby are fine. Now...That is exactly what combat units need in a combat zone..a pregnant woman. Geez....one would think that after 6000 years or so that military leaders would have figured out that when males and females are together that eventually ....seeing as how male and female hormones work and seeing as how males and females are attracted to each other sexually and seeing as how sex is pretty much a rare thing in combat zones....well, can you see where I'm going with this ? Do you recognize the sarcasm ?

What I like is the non-taxable combat pay... risk your baby's life and get some bucks.
