He doesn't care. If he did, he wouldn't have written the "tell all" book.

Or done all the crap he did while he was married. In other words, he wouldn't be the pig that he is.

Look at what they read about their family history to start with, this is just another chapter.

I agree with everything in this article but the fact that you're using The Arnold to illustrate your point. It is his book, his explanations of his mistakes and I believe all of his children are adults. I feel for his children, but just as bad is living with a parent who is dishonest about who they are and what they truly value. I don't mean he needs to be explicit, but now at least the entire family can come to terms with the choices he made and choose how they want to deal with it. His is by writing a book,

" I believe all of his children are adults"

No they aren't. Two or three of them are still teenagers.

The perfect age for maximum embarrassment by their father.

His kids aren't all adults. The two younger kids are teenagers I believe- one is definitely under 18 and the same age as the child he had with the nanny.

As someone already indicated, Schwarzenegger's self-importance and self-involvement apparently know no bounds.

It is a gift we give our children, to give them breathing space, and to allow them to explore, create, and live our their own lives.

Excellent and important article on maintaining boundaries in parent-child relationships. Children who grow up with poor boundaries with parents will struggle with boundaries and intimacy in all of their relationships - friendships, intimate relationships, professional / workplace relationships - and are pointed in the direction of significant dysfunction as well as anxiety and depression.

Arnold is absolutely disgusting. All ME all the time.

His narcissism knows no bounds. Why this book? It's not like he needs the money.

God forbid he choose what little dignity and grace that could be found in silence. Too shield his kids at least from the gorey, revolting details of his misbehavior and his wife's humiliation.

I can't imagine who would spend a dime to purchase this book of his.

Next time Ahnold, don't bother coming back.

"I can't imagine who would spend a dime to purchase this book of his."

I can't either. I can't imagine how Maria stayed married to him for so long.
