Man why would you bring a guy on to criticize your coverage CNN. We already know there really aren't many reporters that you have hired especially those you put out front of the camera that do a decent job of reporting news. And besides, Benghazi was your top story anyways; if Michael Moore wanted to be effective, he should have been criticizing you all for broadcasting that F@&king story.

Since when has either Michael Moore or Piers Morgan become the arbiters of what "The REAL NEWS" is? And by the way Morgan's first name was not lost on me like the rest of the ocean front debris.
Here's some REAL news, OBAMA and the liberal progressive democrat machine are world class HYPOCRITES!.
"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America 's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America 's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, "the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."
~ Senator Barack H. Obama, March 2006..
He watched them DIE . . . . then he LIED!..
.What would George Bush have done?

Oh wow, Michael Moore has a head of hair under that hat. I know that it is unimportant, but that is all that I got from that exchange.

MIchael Moore might have asked the question why CNN had not covered the Embassy bombing and the deaths of the 4 Americans. Moore only goes where it fits his agenda -

CNN and the other networks gave the story proper coverage and put it in perspective of the other news and historical significance. When new developments and reports occur, they will cover those too. THEY DON'T MAKE A BLINKIN' POLITICAL ISSUE OUT OF A TRAGEDY LIKE SOME SOULLESS PARTISANS WOULD.

I have always felt that having reporters in the thick of the storms makes it actually seem SAFER than it is. It could make people think, "well it can't be that bad if they are safely standing there." Why are so many people now always out there photographing the natural disasters? PERHAPS they are following the example of the reporters?

Just like the right has its attention h.o.e.s, we sadly have ours. There was unprecedented confusion going on during the storm and Moore thinks CNN had all the time in the world and resources to give clear, concise, unchanging info
It was only last night when we learned about the true devastation of Staten Island because of lack of access.
He is blowing hot air this time.

Oh I don't think so. It is ridiculous watching these reporters trying to survive in the thick of whatever the disaster of the day is. When one finally meets with his/her untimely demise as a result, there will be he ll to pay.

Not sure who or what you are referring to.  We have had a few disasters lately and their effect is not felt in one day but in years.  But I do not wish these people any type of he  ll.

"Ali Velshi, whose reporting from what appeared to be the most dangerous block in Atlantic City has become a symbol for all of the perennial controversies about television's coverage of hurricanes."

CNN's Velshi coverage was the ONLY funny thing about the storm. I know CNN didn't mean for it to be so hilarious, but my family is kind of grateful for the stress reducing peals of laughter it generated among us. So thanks Ari and CNN!

I'm with you gay.
Starting with his name and then standing for hours in knee-deep water was hilarious.
There was kind of a surrealism akin to vomit being flushed down a toilet.

I love Michael Moore! He is so right... and the comment about the taxes... right on the mark. Yes, I want to see those tax returns. Why has the media caved in to Romney and said OK we will no longer bother you about your illegal IRAs and your Cayman Island and Swiss bank accounts. I cannot believe this is someone who might just be our future pres. Unbelievable...
02:25 PM on 11/02/2012
Yeah, how about a guy who hung out with terrorists, released no college records, bought a home from a felon in a sweetheart deal, secured a 300K job for his wife as he as a state senator later helped the hospital that provided the job (and her job was never filled when she left) used the stimulus to essentially pay of cronies who helped elect him, and gave grants (solyndra) to companies that later contributed to his campaign. Obama is a sleazy Chicago politician and nothing more, who by the way has failed as President.

Romney should just fabricate tax returns the same way Obama fabricated a birth certificate. They are both liars and anyone who thinks one has all the answers is a fool.

What I really want to know Moore that big because of all the food he eats or hot air?

CNN; agree with them or not; has been in the cable news business for 30 years, this is their expertise, Moore isn't a news guy, his opinion carries no weight. Just as if Morgan was to give his opinion of how to make politically slanted documentaries, that is the expertise Moore has.
