Here's an even better idea for removing bad odors without wasting oakmeal: find out what stinks and dump it. Place an open box of baking sode in the fridge will also absorb offensive smells.

An Arm & Hammer spy has infiltrated our oatmeal ways.
I was thinking the same thing as maybe it costs about the same per ounce. Plus, all my oatmeal is in single serve packets and containing assorted flavors of potpourri, maybe not a bad thing, but at this point, not a prob. Some of the other suggestions on slide show were confusing, I wondered how the claimed effects work? I mean, how do balloons help with spider webs?
