Employees in most "right to work" states have absolutely no power to dispute being fired, no matter what the reason might have been. It is a huge showing of disrespect on the part of state politicians. Rather than arrive at solutions, come up with a law that is just plain wrong-headed.

Wrong. He doesn't have to say why he fires someone. That's how the law works.The onus is on the former employee to PROVE that there was discrimination based on sex.
