Here you are what? I go to Google "news" and this partisan blog gets top billing. And I am still wondering why this blog takes such an anal interest in Kansas. This time they are focusing on some small time issue in Kansas, while diverting your attention from the Mount Everest of corruption, bankruptcy and graft in your own back yard on the West Coast.

i support democrats, but if she actually pretended to be an incumbent while no longer one, i say throw her to the wolves along with gop misleaders. the dems have shown themselves to be far less shameful than gop-ers during recent years, much less likely to invent "facts" and use bait-and-switch trickery. no room in my party for this kind of stuff. if, on other hand, she's been unfairly tagged, then off with the heads of her accusers. let's see how this plays out.

A member of the Kansas legislature had this to say, "She was stumbling around, foaming at the mouth and drooling a bit, you know, being inconspicuous. But then she stood up and began speaking in complete sentences and saying crazy things like 'the earth is more than 6000 yrs. old' and 'we need to educate kids about safe sex.' It was clear to us at that point that she had to be an imposter, maybe even an alien from another planet sent here to destroy our values."

Condescending Attitudes reveal a Self-Esteem Issue

I do not see what the fuss is over. We have comatose patients & mentally ill people everyday inpersonating our elected officials in DC and know one is complaining about that. We even have a rock star attending the State of the Union, SOTH talking about foreplay to the media, and an elected offical who is the paid spokesperson for Poland Springs water.

There may be a state whose politics are as radical as those of Kansas, but none are more petty.

Hard to imagine anyone wanting to claim to be from Kansas, much less a legislator.
