Hey, HP, the next time you get Howard and Aldrigde mixed up, just remember...Aldridge is the one who is actually trying this season.

To be fair, Superman isn't 100% back from back surgery.

Its good for Kobe to get his final moments in, he will never see another playoff or All Star, so LeBron let him enjoy the moment like a kid in a candy store. We are on our way to 6more rings. LeBron is the better player than Kobe and Michael Jordan, take a seat Kobe its over
01:19 PM on 02/18/2013
Why do you think Michael Jordan and Larry Bird both said they'd prefer Kobe to LeBron as a teammate? Also, rings don't necessarily define a player. If that were the case Bill Russell formerly of the Celtics would be the best player--he has eleven rings.

So full contradiction! lol

Agreed. He's a more complete player. And as much as i admire Kobe's skills and drive, the numbers don't lie. Now, I will say this, if Kobe had reliable spot up shooters and set out to average 7-8 assists/game, no doubt he could...Don't think he could out rebound Bron or defend as wide of range of players. Both are great players, but if I had to start a team from scratch, although it would be a difficult call, I would choose Bron. And that's assuming they're about the same age. At this point in their respective careers, it would be a duh call.

The NBA All Star game is a great money-maker for the city, as any city vying for it knows. But it was a total freaking nightmare here. Michael Jordan booked the entire Museum of Fine Arts for his 50th birthday party, took 200 suites in the nearby Hotel ZAZA for his friends and family, and the entire Galleria Shopping complex was closed to the public on Saturday so the players and celebs could shop in peace and quiet. Many of the city's top restaurants were also closed to the public Saturday night for private parties. On a final note, Hobby Airport - our smaller of the two - was so packed with private jets they had to stack them wing to wing at 45 degree angles. It was absolutely unbelievable. There was enough gold and diamonds to sink an aircraft carrier. Wow. I live in Houston and know all about money. But the level of extravagance here was mind-blowing.

This summed up LeBum's personality! When challenged he folds like a cheap chair! Kobe locked him down in the last 6-7mins of the game blocking 2 shots, and forcing a turnover! Kobe punked him on National TV, and brought his streak to an end! LJ has no heart!

After an MVP, NBA Championship, Olympic gold medal, and one of the greatest seven-game stretches ever right before the break, I'll assume this is some sort of sarcasm.

Not even close!  None of the accomplishments you noted were done on an individual basis!  Last night it was one on one and he looked like he was scared!
