Diet. Diet. Diet. Plus: Move it or lose it! I am 73, healthier and younger looking than my daughter, 51. Phyllis is my new inspiration. I shall walk more! Peace.

Too much hassle for me. I'd rather stand facing a giant diffused light source at eye level and have my butler Photoshop all of photos.

That's hilarious.....

Even though her decisions may be perfectly judicious, they are not for all of us.

Who the hell ever wants to remain 20?

I am determined to follow this example as I age. I've embraced many challenges on my life journey and aging doesn't have to be a resignation for life. Inspirational!

AMAZING! I especially love that she learnt new languages in her 70s and started yoga in her 80s. She's living proof that life at any age is full of possibilities!

This is becoming the new normal in many ways for the over 50 and over crowd, Tom Cruise(50) ,Brad Pitt(50) ,Denzel Washington(57) and Johnny Depp(50) these guys all look like they are in their 30's , people(in the USA) are really looking very young. It the younger generation that grew up on processed foods that are looking old

I'm 60 and feel far better than when I was 20 - at 20 you know NOTHING.

It's fun to be 90 if you have those kinds of resources.

What does she have access to that you don't? Just curious. Because I came away from her article so up lifted. I just finished a bout with breast cancer, mid 50s and broke!! I can still turn my radio on and dance. I can sit out back with my friends around the campfire and sing. Life is a joy , with all its problems and this lady knows it. I am keeping this article in my favorites file so that I can get inspiration whenever I might need it.

It is definitely adds to the fun, but you can do most of it without the resources.

There is no way that woman is 90. I won't believe it until I see some old photos or a birth certificate.

Maybe not. Most people just resign themselves to being 'old' when they reach a certain age. It's like an excuse to not be physically active or mentally engaged ("Oh, I'm too old for that!"). Ms. Sues was just getting started at the age when most people are winding down. Maybe if more people didn't resign themselves to being 'old' then people like Ms. Sues wouldn't be such a rarity.

Agree with InedaName. Some people choose to be old farts. Others choose to work on staying healthy and active.
