Just a small sample. I'm sure it's generally a local haven of cafe society, with urbane wit, sophisticated banter and deep insight from every diner.
However, "I'll just have the salad" may be an unknown phrase?

The gun-toting client looks just like the class of people that I would expect to find in this fine food restaurant. They look as if they are really enjoying themselves.

Anything that concentrates these people who feel the need to walk around doing errands with loaded weapons is fine with me. At the very least when they screw up they will be much less likely to harm someone who is not armed.

The libs bash the pro-gun rights advocates as 'paranoid' extremists.
But who is the more paranoid person?
The gun owner who believes he needs protection against an armed thug that may break into his home with the intent to do harm even though his home may have never been broken into?
Or---
The liberal gun opponent who really believes the only thing stopping your law-abiding neighbor from gunning you down is the fact he does not own an AR-15?

You make a fatal flaw: you assume those who want extended gun safety are "liberals". In fact, there are people on all parts of the political spectrum who want solid regulation, including gun owners. It's the NRA and the GOA that keep pushing the "liberals want our guns" meme.

We have plenty of gun laws on the books...the criminals don't follow them. Surprisingly they won't follow any new ones either.  But please, waste time on meaningless gun laws which do nothing by restrict law-abiding citizens.

Who is more paranoid a person who needs an arsenal of weapons to feel safe, or a person who feels safer without the need for a gun. Hmmmmm.

I don't have an arsenel.  I wouldn't call an AR-15 and a shotgun as an 'arsenal'.Try living in inner city chicago or in detroit hero.

What if someone comes in with a gun to rob the place? Does he give the thief the cash in the drawer and safe plus ten percent?

I doubt that any thief has the nerve to try to rob that place.

When I owned my restaurant a few years ago the city "recommended" that I place a no guns on the premises sign, I respectfully declined. My employees and myself never had a problem, I even asked the police if I put up that sign would they still be open carrying in my place, they said "I have no idea, but let me get back to you", I sold the place back in 2005 and am still waiting for that answer. responsible adults are not the problem, but there are the crazy folks out there that give all gun owners a bad rap.

bribing gun owners over chocolate. Utter nonsense.

Yeah but when someone gets shot in that restaurant, they will be looking to the gov't "to do something!"

If someone is going to come in with a gun bent on doing bad things a "no guns allowed" isn't going to stop them
However if a thug/crazy person knows that place is friendly to open carry citizens I cannot imagine they would not just go to another restaurant to rob/cause trouble.
