The Republicans pandered to these people shamelessly in 2009, to get their votes in the 2010 elections, they got it, and now they are stuck with a big group of ANTI American legislators, who are destroying their party from within, and driving away any moderate Repubs left still voting for them.

After this last election, they spent millions trying to figure out what most of us already knew,  Read More...

What do you want from Tea Party Members: Look at some of them, like Ted Cruz and Paul Ryan, between them FOUR college degree's and absolutely NO COMMON sense. Degrees only make a person educated, they do NOT make a person smart.

I'd personally like to see solid proof that someone else didn't take their tests and write their papers before giving them credit for having degrees.

Coburn's comments are oddly in line with recent arguments used by Democrats in the budget fight. House Republicans spent four years calling for regular order while berating the Senate for failing to pass a budget. When the Senate finally passed its budget resolution in March, Republicans were suddenly reluctant to convene a conference committee, even though without one, there can be no formal federal budget for the fifth year in a row.

this is TYPICAL Republican Tea Party Bull Sheet. The minute that the President of Democrats propose something that the Republicans have been FOR< they are all of a sudden AGAINST IT> Nothing but obstructionists.

Yup, even it is one of THEIR own ideas, the minute the President signs on to it, it becomes a bad idea. The only words polite enough here for them is that they are FOOLS>

No more business as usual for either side. The Tea Party has grown and their candidates in D.C. know to keep everything above board and out in the open for all of America to see and hear. True transparency. Not words about transparency just to get votes. This is going to be the new norm. Deal with it.
03:49 PM on 05/24/2013
What transparency Cuz baby ran as a Republican, and took tons of money and now he says he isn't one of them. Yeah that is real transparent.

If business norms are the equivalent to unending traffic jams in which no business gets done... you're correct. It will need to be dealt with. I agree on that point.

Can you do something to get the babies to stop crying ? Whining t pubs, and the republicans eventually fall for it every time.

BWHAHAHAHA: After the CUTS HIT THEM, 68% of Republicans DISAPPROVE of Sequester

Yeah OBAMA's sequester

Both parties agreed to it as a way to force actual real budget talks. Nobody thought the tea party would want them to kick in. Go figure, the tea party is back screwing the taxpayer again.

Not the obstructionism itself, but they are tired of the reaction. They don't want to own the natural effects of their policies.

So they can't get what they want so they throw the baby out with the bath water. The FED is pumping money into a market that would not exist without it, because the money is being used by the large corporations to buy their own stock back, pumping up a false market. The FED is hoping the jobs will come back but the consumers are not buying it, as their wages stagnate due to the trade deals that don't produce higher wage jobs here, and the increase in GDP no longer correlates to with increase in wages. .

Bernanke the other day said, in no certain terms, that the Congress needed to come up with a job's program (stimulus package), or this whole pumping money into the economy would be just a waist of time. But we have a Congress bent on wasting time and part of them (Tea puppets) don't believe in government so we are sitting on a economic time bomb waiting for either deflation, or inflation to take its course, with not to happy of an outcome for the 99%.

The tea puppets have decided it's better to destroy our economic system, then to be loyal opposition. Some how I don't think the majority of Americans feel the same way they do.

The TP can't see even two steps down the road. They are so short-sighted, it's really irritating—and dangerous for the country.

VOTE IN 2014. It's enough already. We've suffered under Wall Street's crash for too long. Let's get back to REALITY.
