What?!?! A non-peer reviewed study published in a self owned "journal" turns out to be possum hair???? Who's really surprised?

Did Ketchum find any of the possum hair in Anita Hill's Coca Cola.

That might get Clarence Thomas off the hook if it could be DNA tested.

You mean to tell me that Bigfoot isn't real?

Seriously, it's nice to see at least one journalist who takes science seriously enough to actually put Ketchum's claim of Bigfoot being authentic to the test… a test which she failed miserably.

I guess I'll just have to go back to believing in the Easter Bunny, now.

It was personally revealed to me, by the Easter Bunny, that we should all worship the Divine Rabbit and the Holy Donkey. Lettuce Bray...

I love how she has no information about who even did the analysis, and yet emphatically states, "There's no credibility in his study whatsoever." How could she possibly know that?

If she wants to say her stuff is legit, fine. At least she has access to that in order to make a claim. If she wants to be an academic then she needs to deal with the fact that studies often conflict.

Did he really just call shenanigans on a study that was proven across the board as opossum findings? Anyways, we'll find you one day bigfoot

I always wonder whether people like Ketchum are truly delusional or just flat-out lying to the public, hoping for 15 minutes of fame.

Does anyone else remember when National Geographic was about science not sensationalism?

Agreed, only I would say they're more about TV ratings above all else.

I'm kind of wondering who you get to 'peer review' an article in the journal you purchase to publish your own findings?

I'd hope she'd understand that any legitimate journal requires a peer review.

What a lunatic! It's beyond preposterous to claim that she performed a "legitimate study" when no reputable peer-review publication would touch it with a ten-foot pole and then expect both the public and the scientific community to take it seriously when she purchased a journal and published the study herself. She's only hurting the cause.
