This is weird... I'm seeing comment after comment of people complaining about all these people who praise China.

*looks around*

Are they all watching the same TV show or something? I want to laugh too....

I am reminded of all the folks here that admire China and its policies.
12:07 AM on 08/17/2013
Admire? China? C'mon, some people might think that, given the population and lack of infrastructure issues, they aren't as bad as they could be. But, admire? I hope you have just inferred more than they meant...

The USA also practices capital punishment.
10:34 AM on 08/17/2013
While I admit that when I hear of some of the crimes in the U.S. I think that the perps should be marched out to some field and popped in the back of the head, clearly, the average 20 year delay between sentencing and executions shows that we go about it in a far better manner than displayed in the video.

Police in the US do this all the time, except they use more bullets.
12:19 AM on 08/17/2013
the cops do that when they feel threatened.
They may be irrationally feeling threatened at times, agreed.
But nonetheless they don't place a placard around someone's neck and take them out in a field and shoot them.

We love communist China because its brutal and dehumanizing to labor. That is why Democrat Bill Clinton wanted normalized trade.

Nice try at marginalizing all the Republicans sucking the life out of America by opening their factories there.

"Normalized" trade with China has almost nothing to do with Chinese labor or its conditions, at least not in any detrimental way. The reason for normalizing trade in 2000 (as if there was a massive difference in trade before and after 2000 anyway), was to help stabilize prices and reduce tariffs, meaning if anything it actually slightly HELPED labor conditions in China by increasing margins and stability and allowing for more flexibility and resilience in the Chinese laborforce. The offset is that it allowed the businesses to invest and build in China with more confidence. That normalization didn't hurt China, it hurt the US. Our workforce and education system still hasn't been able to adapt and make up the difference.

The people her praising the actions of the Chinese government while decrying the protections we have in the United States is disgusting and un-American. Perhaps they would be more comfortable living in a brutal police state.

Faulty logic. Of course, everyone has the right to say un-American things. Praising the communist Chinese criminal justice system over our protections is un-American. Just because one has first amendment rights doesn't make everything he says patriotic.

is that what happens in China to bankers that conspire to relax laws intended to protect the economy so they can collapse it and make lots of money. Maybe we should send them the likes of Dimon, Mozzillo and others.

China has it right for Killers and Rapist. Take them out in a field and shoot them.
America gives them a nice cell and cable tv for 10 years or lets them out because there are too many. How stupid.

Quite a judge you make! You ruled on the man's crime and sentence without a fact other than his death. You then made his death a law that all folks you feel do what you think he did should suffer death.

For Heaven's Sake stay away from mirrors else you sentence yourself to death for unspeakable thought crimes.

How is it or the result any different from any other capital punishment? Looks as if it was fast, effective humane and best of all cheap. And the participant as willing- AS ANY OTHER COUNTRY.
