Rumors have been afloat that he got some international flavor too, namely a British TV announcer and it seems that "Rico Suave" AKA Tiger Woods was more pre-emptive this time and filed a suit in British court (surprise, surprise) to stop all publication of "private" pictures and/or video's of Woods. And, not too surprising #13 has come forward yesterday too, unidentified, and hired Gloria Aldred. Number #13 must be the one with the pictures and/or video's and is from over the pond. However, he filing suit is not only as conniving as all his other exploits, but an admission of further guilt. Run, Elin, run!

Though I do not condone Mr. Wood's behavior, this legal move on his part to block photos and other media is not an admission of guilt, it is an admission that in this day and age anyone with a $500.00 laptop can create their own truth with $200.00 photo software. They can create photos so convincing that he would spend forever attempting to disprove them. And of course, the harder one tries to disprove something, the more it becomes the truth.

Oh give me a break. If they weren't real, they wouldn't care if they were released. Celebs have photoshopped nude_pics all over the internets.
11:25 AM on 12/11/2009
True. But the majority of the time there is small print calling them fakes or disclaimers stating they can not vouch for their authenticity.

I would think these pictures exist. Tiger Woods doesn't want them to be published. LOL

How would tiger have had naked pictures and video taken without his knowledge. Shouldn't the judge have viewed any tapes to see if tiger was aware he was being taped/photographed. Then, the owner of the recording device and tape own the tape, right?

Liable laws in England for this sort of thing is much more restrictive than in the states. Hence, why he could file suit to ask to stop them from being published.

Why would they ask for a court order if no pictures exist? L O L
01:25 AM on 12/11/2009
Because photographs can be faked.
06:16 AM on 12/11/2009
No, because they obviously DO exist, he knows and his lawyers know that the law in England is much more restrictive there for that sort of thing Vs the states.
