The clip is a hoot ... which isn't a good thing considering the serious subject matter. The film probably elicited more eye rolling and snickering than genuine concern.

And they say we didn't really know what was going on. Who are you kidding? The film was IN THEATERS by 1934!

And to top it all off... we CAVED to the German Embassy? What a shameful period in world history.

It was all about profits. The Americans and others knew exactly what was going on in those camps, but at the time, companies like IBM, Ford, Intel, and others were selling goods to Nazi Germany.

Same as today. Some things never change, but we need to realize that these sick souls keep popping up and in 2013 and beyond, we can't be judge, jury, and executioner of the world's monsters.

I think you might be mistaken about Intel, they were not founded until the late 60s. IBM and Ford did do a lot of business with the Nazis though.

America did not do anything about Germany killing civilians until the landing at Normandy. We were too happy with him killing Soviets to interrupt the tide of events.
