You all can thank apple for forcing the prices up. Don't believe it google the reason why the Macmillian dispute occurred.

I think it'll come back to bite Macmillan in the you-know-where. People are very price conscious at the moment, and if it meant paying $15 instead of $9.99, I for one, would just go to the library and get it on loan.
