capitalism is as flawed as communism.
Neither offer democratic representation.

We wouldn't want anyone breaking the law now, would we?

fine w/ me if he gets a good attny., turns states evidence and SINGS-----loud and clear. I am sure they fingered him at GS cuz he obviously refused to shave all visible hair, and, as we know, to rise high there the men shave their heads----as evidence they are cretins, no doubt---

Hope he spills the beans on GS.

Come to think of it, this guy should get a medal. Like this lying sack of sh.. Paul Bremer, who lost $ 9 Billion of our money in Iraq, and got the presidential medal of honor from Bush.

Let me get this straight

He was following the examples that were set before him. I thought at first it was a typo and the title meant to say "Goldman Sachs CEO". Ha-ha Had I been right though, it wouldn't have changed much. This criminal or that one they are still crooks! Turn loose some incarcerated potheads and make room for the more deserving!

Offer him immunity in exchange for evidence on the big man.........go for the big r.at, blankfiend.....
08:26 PM on 02/11/2010
So wait, let me get this straight; this guy gets a criminal indictment for supposedly stealing Goldman Sachs' 'secrets', yet Goldman Sachs steals billions of peoples dollars and receives even more from the U.S. government?

He stole secrets, while his employer robbed the US Treasury.

Wait a minute, it's wrong for this guy to steal lines of code in a program, but it's not wrong for Goldman Sachs to steal $TRILLIONS$ of American dollars??

Wow, just wow!! That Barry Obama sure has some strange opinions on things. Especially after he said that it was perfectly fine for this same company to reward itself with lavish bonus', all paid for by the stolen $TRILLIONS$ of the American taxpayer.

I tell you what, it's like Obama is single handedly trying to destr0y the Democratic Party, cause right now I can't see where anyone would vote for them now.

People will vote for them, simply because voting in the US means choosing between two p|les of sh|†, and there will always be people who perceive one pile as the smaller one.

Someone stole from the company that stole billions from America. This should be worthy of a pardon.

Right, federal prosecutors are going to pass up a shot at downing one of the biggest trophies out there and settle for some Russian nobody.

Not.

What has been happening to this guy for months: Tell us how Goldman Sachs cheats and you get to stay at home with your wife and kids; fail to tell us and yo're going to jail. Day after day they've been pounding on him.

This means he can provide ZIPPO evidence of Goldman Sachs breaking a law in their use of the trading program.

Of course, we already basically knew this because they are the ones who called the cops. Something they never would have done if there is any possibility this kid could give evidence of wrongdoing on Goldman Sachs' part.

he should be rewarded with a mansion, 10 hookers, and weed.

What he did was wrong.

On the other hand, he seems to perfectly embody the Goldman Sachs ethos.
