Maybe his modification was denied. He was on one of those funky loans and bought more home than he could afford, so, his bank declined the hamp program. Once my modification is complete, he can come and stay with me....ha, ha, just joking OK..I get it.....LOL

Well, all I know is I wouldn't want to live there either. Your home is supposed to be a place where you can relax. The uptight classic decorations may be fine to get your house in some upscale home decorating magazine, but living there? Ugh. Somehow I can't imagine coming home from work, kicking off my shoes, and curling up on a sofa with a good book or the newspaper to unwind.... But, hey, if you need something like this to stroke your ego, go for it.

I'm sure he has a plan-without any sacrifice for himself. These people are highly insulated from regular daily life. Very sad-our ancestors were so proud to come to America and make it great
for everyone-now look- just a real hijacking of the idea and reality of what America was founded on.
The young people are in for very serious problems here.

It's us - look what we did to the Native Americans.

Until we commit to actually caring for every citizen of our nation via a resource based economy I see the future as more of the same with the wealthy gaining more power while the poor get poorer. The only way to get a truly stable society is through the distribution and ownership of power of each individual.

With only half of the voting public arriving at the polls and the other half evenly split between Republicans and Democrats only about 1/4 of the population has a measure of representation in our government.

Almost half of the land in the United States is owned by the Federal Government http://strangemaps.wordpress.com/?s=land+owned+by+federal+government It is the natural heritage of and distributed among the population of this country yet more and more Americans are homeless through the effects of living in a money based economy. It is a system that degrades and disenfranchises people by making their worth artifically based on the manipulation of wealth and thus we see the huge disparities and waste of homes like this one while other families are forced under bridges.

We need to restart & stabilize our society and economy by implementing a resource based economy and work out the rest once the citizens have homes, are fed, educated and have health care. http://www.thevenusproject.com/a-new-social-design/resource-based-economy

I wonder where he's moving? Downsizing? holing -up? getting out of the country? getting ready to board the ARK? moving to an Underground location? Maybe he just has a bigger better one someplace else.

Storm Wall street if want to change things.
In a couple of years the 1 PER CENTERS will all be living in a fortified enclave in the Rockies surrounded by a private army. Well stocked with all that their combined trillions can buy while everyone else is struggling to survive.

And maybe then - just maybe - people will wake up, stop voting for conservatives and seriously consider that for a modern nation to function, it takes a blend of capitalism and socialism rather than corporatism.

Given that only about 1/4 of the voting population is represented by the existing government it is going to take those of us with the ability to think to make a change. The forward progress of any civilization is carried on the shoulders of a few strong men and women. Storming the grossly corrupt and powerful requires the will to take the losses that will be demanded of us by the ruling class.

"If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected."

Though we have heard of stupid haste in war, cleverness has never been seen associated with long delays.
