How long do you think before we find out that John Boehner refers to Eric Cantor as a "pencil-necked geek" behind closed doors?

I am waiting for an "open mic" situation. But then again, these two just may have a "knock-down, drag-out" situation. Boehner has already been "challenged" by McConnell about "tax-cuts for the middle class". When Cantor adds his "two-cents worth", we will all know "That's it's on!!!!"

I suggest there are three Republican's who have their eye on the White House, Cantor, Ryan and Pence. While none of these will be Speaker in the near future, they are the three to keep your eye on.

If one looks at recent history, Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader Hoyer are the first of their rank NOT to have faced ethics charges, adultery charges or criminal charges while holding office. Oh, Hastert didn't face anything but everyone knows that DeLaw ran the show during that period.

They are both bought and paid for, but I think Eric Cantor drove a harder bargain.

Could someone remind the GOP that the election is still 7 weeks away? They haven't won a thing yet, and their extremist wing is starting to cause a lot of damage to their image. I can't imagine anything but an underwhelming result this November.

The whole "election-is-already-over" narrative is a false one, and they have not yet advanced the GOP agenda to the voters, which is only beneficial to the top 1%. Even the next couple of percentiles will eventually suffer in the long term under their "trickle down" economics.

Baloney... He wants it too... He sure came out fast opposing Boehner on the tax cut compromise. I don't trust any of them... They talk the talk on compromise but when it comes to cast the ballot they will all say NO...Boehner to me was saying he would support tax messure with a caviot.. IF THERE WAS NO OTHER OPTION...That was what he said....

I wonder if Cantor will come out of the closet now or just stay under the top dog for now and Talk to Larry about which airport bathrooms are best now.

Let's see Speaker Boehner translates into German as Fµhrer Böhner auf Deutsch, or after a few years, we could just call him Der Fµhrer for short.
