Take tax exemption away from all religions that preach politics. I stopped going to church because of the bull that they were preaching and standing behind god to do it. I live in the south now and it's everywhere.

You are against black churches allowing democrats to continue to preach to them because you want to keep the black man down.

We need to simply drop religions from the list of approved 501(c)3 organizations and let them pay taxes just like the corporations that they are. Then they can say what they want. When I think of the megachurches and their masses of money (like Eddie Long in Atlanta with all of his tax free opulence), it sickens me.

Unions who get into politics should pay hefty taxes as well.

Unions are under a different tax code (501(c)4) who are permitted to be involved in the political process, due to their advocacy for employees. You can thank unions for your 40 hour work week.

No other democracy on earth would tolerate such dangerous theocratic nonsense. A real progressive party would attack these extreme capitalist religious totalitarians instead of pandering to them.

The Christaliban is as much a danger to America as Muslim extremists. Maybe it's time to take all tax exemption from all churches. That never made sense anyway. I guess congress thought taxing churches would interfere with the free exercise of religion.

We should take tax exempt status away from all non-profits then. Squeeze a few extra dollars out of the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society, etc.

Those organizations don't do political endorsing or campaigning. Look what the Mormons, evangelicals and Catholics did to gay people in California.

Sorry, but the Humane Society doesn't tell the doggies how to vote, nor collect large sums of cash from them to finance political lobbying.

The IRS should be all over these phonies.
