This is truely a beautiful woman who has just made a huge fashion mistake. I saw her wedding when she married this past June and it was very beautiful, elegant and graceful as she is. I think she is just exploring her new found freedom in being married and trying new ideas.

some things should stay in the 80's

Oh, I thought it was firmly established on this site that she is not a mall slave, as some think Princess Letizia is. That she is royal and regal and elegant. Better think again. That earring is tacky as heck and so is that arm full of bracelets. She has a very ordinary looking woman, kind of a plain Jane and I just don't see all this poise and elegance and sense of royal style in her that everyone professes her to have. As I said before, of course, being royal lends itself to a more conservative look but there is a difference between conservative and elegant. Jackie O always exuded a high European style yet conservative and elegant as well as being an elegant person herself (she would have look fab in a Walmart dress). I still don't see what all the fuss is about this Princess. She's got a long way to go before she stands out for having a personal style that is exquisite and polished.

Say want you want about Letizia, I doubt she would wear that hideous earring.

She's a future Queen and can wear whatever she wants.

True but it's her duty to represent her country in keeping in the style of the Royals.

Banana oil. It's 2010 and she can wear what she wants.

If this was the 80's she might've gotten away with it.

Not as a Royal. It's super pedestrian and tacky more so for a Royal in the 80's.

Well she did marry her personal trainer. That's different and not very royal.
