Since the McMahon's have a penthouse in NYC, which state is she going to represent? also she was made CEO as a result of a legal move while Vice was under Indictment.

So instead of wearing their Gucci/Burberry threads or their custom made Italian wool suits from Hong Kong in campaigns they are dressing them at Joseph A Bank.Men's Wearhouse and Ann Taylor? Cause even Brooks Bros would look too Kennedy to the middle class.
Shoes by Cole Haan instead of Bruno Magli and Gucci. Throw in a $70 Vineyard Vines tie and hey mainstream America.
Ironically the Bush's and Cheney's never shied away from wearing their status label and custom couture clothing like a badge of honor but they balanced it with TONS of jeans and denim work shirts. I guess everyone's a proud redneck now so Meg, Carla, Linda etc one word...LEVI'S.

So to get this clear - these candidates are paying consultants more in a month than most of us make in a year. Yeah - they can relate to us.

Why not force candidates to engage in debates? That is how you will separate the mindless from the capable, the thoughtful. Refuse to vote for anyone who won't talk to legitimate media, who won't debate. Enough of this Trojan Horse nonsense.

They should all be subjected to a sodium-pentathol(sp) session..

sounds Orwellian, but look what they do to US! Most of which are just working stiffs trying to make it through the day without getting the shaft w/no lube!

credible honest middle-classers don't have a chance..

Instead of electing people who have to pay consultants to figure out how to relate to us, and being so dumbed down that we buy it, why not put a value on a person's substance and intellectual assets? Why not reform how elections are financed, and actually TRY TO GET THE BEST AND THE BRIGHTEST MINDS working together to solve problems? Unfortunately, that won't work for Beck and Limbaugh and their protegee, Paylin, so that's not an option.

I firmly believe that this 'makeover' also demonstrates what these 'buyers of public office' think of the voters.

Consultants are stupid for thinking we are stupid. Yes, there are mindless folks who will believe anything they say. A rich republican is a greedy republican and they don't care about anything except being powerful over somebody else...

What a state Florida is, Scott is a crook, and one of his main campaign ads is, So What, so is my opponent. We have Rubio who talks about fiscal responsibility, and had one of his houses foreclosed. Crist won't say he will caucus with the dems, so the baggers and the dems both hate him. The whole state is a real estate fiasco, no jobs, and no leaders. But the weather is beautiful.
