Seriously, that was the worst moment? It wasn't when you realized that your hubris caused the deaths and dismemberments of tens of thousands of American soldiers, and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis?

Really? Ye gods, man.

"Accepting Dick's offer would be one way to demonstrate that I was in charge"

What?! You would be showing you were "in charge" by following your underling's suggestion???

Shrub was and is so far removed from reality that he still has the power to shock me with the magnitude of his arrogance and idiocy. That alone is shocking.

I would have thought that sending thousands of Americans to die in a war that didn't need to be fought would have ranked higher on his bummer list.

If rove was the "brains" behind bush, than cheney was the "muscle" behind bush. And I mean that in the mobster way.

Oh, there were many disgusting moments in your presidency. It's totally amazing how, still, this man does not take responsibility for the Iraq war. No matter what happens, it's never his fault.

I find it interesting that being called a racist was worse for Mr. Bush than letting a city be destroyed while doing nothing. Or was worse than outing a U.S. spy as a political vedetta to start an unnecessary war that was funded by borrowing trillions from China thereby creating crushing debt for generations to come. Or worse than demonizing gay Americans for a political advantage. Very telling.

I'd say your worst moment was when you decided to sacrifice the lives of our men and women in a made up b.s. war!

Cheney has one redeemable quality. I have to give him this one.

He is living proof for how far pacemaker technology has come.

i'd say he doesn't have a pacemaker, but an artificial heart. It is certainly clear that this man doesn't have a human heart.

"I had chosen him to help me do the job." Cheney did a job on "Dubya" and this nation. No publisher should have published a Bush memoir until he was no longer in denial and capable of some approximation of coming clean. But then, who will live that long?

Revisionist history, since Bush was chosen to be Cheney's puppet. What a pantload he is.
