Get over it Laura! Reasonable people can agree that our kids need the best education possible and everyone knows the nation has fallen short on providing it. Stop blowing smoke where there is no fire. (nn)

God forbid the right and left come together on an issue; and to come together on the issue of improving our nation's quality of education none the less. And people still support these people? Really?

Don't attack the person, attack his policies if you don't agree with them. Hating Obama is not going to get a GOPer elected in 2012!

Ugly example of the radical Republican right valuing politics over serving the people. As long as the obstructionist GOP refuses to compromise, our country suffers. Take notice GOP, America is getting fed up.

Hatred and discrimination is rampant in the conservative party isn't it?!?!?
Guilt by association won't allow partisan cooperation and therefor democracy is rendered impotent.

Vote with this in mind next election. Vote out the hypocrites!

How bout we just give each American family tools and equipment to build their own roads. Grow their own food. Medically treat themselves. And enforce their own laws. This Republican push to "leave everything to the states" and the "individual" is going too far.

Laura, maybe you guys should worry about who you have to run in 2024, cause after Wisconsin you don't have a chance with this generation of voters.
07:26 AM on 03/10/2011
That's for sure,,if they stand a chance then,,,they have turned off many voters with their recent tactics, they are now only left with the most rabid of their base.

Laura is no different than a lot of Progressives, both think he is centrist or left. Reality is, even his token "left" projects, such as Health Care, have fed the rich first, have included huge amounts of money moving to Corporate America first, before the little people receive anything.

Please lead a reform to bring back the days of intellectual conservatism. Life was so much better when Republicans actually brought forward cogent ideas to politics (minus the social agenda). That revolution needs revisiting to reverse the damage done by Gingrich/Rovian style "win at all costs" politics currently in vogue in all sides.

Laura Ingram, Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann. What would Mary has to say about these women?

Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck --- and Jesus about these three?

In a lot of ways, this symbolizes the difference between Progressive and responsible American thought and Bagger thought.  To many of us, the future of our country depends on our working together where we can yet to others, it is all about who is in power and who is winning the game.  Well, it is not a game and it is not just about power.  But the Baggers would over simplify it perhaps because they have not the time or the ability to think any more deeply.
