Never used to happen. Now it does a lot.

I've been having page reloads send me to seemingly random articles for the last week or so.

Not every time, but often enough where I scroll up to check the title before assuming that I am where I think I am.

The reloads on the entire site are a pain in the tuchus ,

This is such a pro union website. Just asking....wonder if the journalists here are paid union wages and is the staff allowed to unionize. The previous owner became very rich posting articles from outside journalists. Were they paid union wages?

Who cares who has been paid what and where they work. This is America. Freedom of choice.

John is probably one those trolls who believes FOX when they say that government union workers make $100,000 a year. There was one troll who said that he and his wife; both 46, were retired government union workers, living off of a total of $170,000 a year. What a bunch of horsechit.

There's been a lot of bad news about David Prosser. Internal polls showing the race as a toss up were leaked. On top of that, media reports about his calling Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abramson "a total bitch" and then blaming her for provoking his response, to the cover he gave to a pedophile priest while he was a prosecutor (refused to prosecute, but met with the Bishop who moved the priest to another parish where the priest continued his abuse), to the recent loss of one of his campaign co-chairs, former Governor Patrick Lucey who not only fled Prossers campaign, but immediately endorsed Joanne Kloppenburg. The bad news keeps piling up.

My understanding is that the repubs passed this without a quorem by removing all the fiscal content. How then can they start taking money from state workers?

They can't - that has been halted. The crux of things is WI open meeting law and if the GOP gave proper notice. Judge Sumi has said she did not think so but has been holding hearings on the subject. The problem - the defendents - GOP Fitzgerald Brothers.etc. have claimed legislative immunity so they did not show in court to testify why what they did was legal. Judge Sumi says she will give them 7 weeks till legislative session over or they vacate the immunity to testify. It's only fair that the defendents testify in their court hearing.

The way this is unfolding, really does make me proud to be a citizen of Wisconsin. It took a strong, forward –thinking progressive movement to enact the legislation we have in place today that is protecting us--each and every one of us--right at this very moment. Contrasting that to the regressive political philosophy of the current day Republican Party, I am determined to see to it that Wisconsin again becomes a bastion of the progressive political movement.

It´s time that some west-oriented! countr!es get some "street party´s" on their own. Why should only the or!ent change!? After all it´s the same shh!t everywhere. Those in "power and "money can´t get enough of it all: corruption§ is widespread, missuse of power$ is just like in the east (only that ours hide it better), acces% to information& is restricted (when it suits them), crimes against humanity are presented as warsß against tyrants... ter-ro-rists... unnamed enemys... the buhman and the biggest evil of all: THE EVIL.
Obama should have chosen the good side of the force cause change(yes we can) is comming for sure.We wont see it and they wont see it. But it will ...

The legislature should just pass it again. What are they waiting for? And Democrats and not qualified to be judges because they represent the unions and not the constitution.
*****************************

The RapePublics/TaliBaggers are not qualified either to be judges,

because they represent TRAITTORS against the US Constitution like Buhs, Cheeney & Walker.

Will two months be sufficient time to gather the necessary signatures to recall this obtuse renegade?

Has anyone suggested that Walker appoint a steering committee consisting of Sharon Angle, Sarah Palin and Christine O'Donnell to guide his thinking on future abortive legislative efforts?

Our state of WI requires signatures handed in in 60 days. One senator's signatures were just handed in, Kapanke. It usually takes all of the 60 days to complete. I guess Kapanke's constituents were really motivated. Once handed in the state has 31 day I believe to check signatures for authenticity. If recall passed then special election will be held - probably this summer.

I am calling on the United Nations to immeadiatly begin investigations into United States govornors who are clearly violating the United Nations Charter and Decloration of Human Rights Article 23 which states:
All workers has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection. Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 23 defines the terms: Human rights, it is therefore binding on Member states which the United States of America is. The heart and soul of a Union is its right to bargan for all things relating to employment, including working conditions, hours, pay, etc, taking away the rights of a Union to Bargan for all things related to that employment, is in effect eliminating that Union, against the LAWS of the United Nations which the USA, as a Charter Member, is obligated to preform.

And since federal law superceeds State law in this mater, since the Union is interstate, those persons ending collective barganing rights are in violating the law of the land.

For more information see Wikipedia an see article under Decoration of human rights.

Well it isn't a treaty..but just a deceleration. Therefore it has no legal weight in the United States.
