The hat Princess Beatrice wore to the royal wedding screamed hostility.
The others were great or ok.
But this hat was passive-aggressive...well, not so passive and clearly aggressive.

The hat matched the treatment on the dress, if a bit outlandishly

HER FACE MAKEUP made me think she cleaned her food obsessively with her paws in the stream, before eating it, and that she had a fluffy tail with rings around it

I have no idea who Princess Beatrice is but when I first glanced at the picture I thought it was a promo for a new "Martians Have Landed" movie.

You can look at the hat, or at her teeth, or at her eyes. I think that's why she chose that hat.

I did not like the hat either ! But only thought, braces should have been thought of by her parents as she was growing up ! Then, she would have at least had a lovely smile while wearing that horrible hat ! .... SORRY, BUT THAT WAS MY THOUGHT ANYWAY !

Good Lord! That first one looks like she has a giant vagina on her head! Was this a wedding or a fertility ceremony?

Treacy is entirely correct: nobody is crying (although he and Beatrice, if they had a smidgeon of sense between them, should be) and she didn't look gorgeous.

Come on. A joke's a joke, all right? But someone should really break it to this kid that she looks like an idiot in any one or all of them. Except maybe the baseball cap.

That's a hat? I thought it was a giant bug that attacked her.

It is one of the greatest mysterious of the human experience: How is it that English men can have such good style while their English women dress like dowdy spinsters?

It's the rain. It clouds their brains. The men never change their styles, so they can go on for centuries looking good, but the women have to keep trying out new stuff and they can't manage to think it through before they wear it.

I hate to rain on the parade, but given her young age, we all should be a little more forgiving. In my case, I can't believe some of the stuff I wore when I was her age.

With Fergie's spending habits, they probably can't afford a stylist.

I thought she and her sister looked as if they'd been on the razzle all night and forgot to put it to the side like it was designed to. Pathetic. Loved the Panda look, however!

That hat is way too structured and stiff... which is not what the softness of the princess' face shows. There's a jarring disconnect. I get the intellectual argument Treacy makes over "it being a 21st century wedding" and from an architectural point of view, yeah, it works, doesn't mean it flatters the wearer.
