i love comments like these!! they are awesome because the commenters pretend they don't know who the person they just read about are, thus creating inside themselves an instant flash feeling of "i'm about it!" love.

They may not know who she is. Not all of us own a television. I haven't had one since the first George Bush was in office.

Why? I honestly don't know who this person is because I don't watch broadcast tv. Or is she a "famous" movie star? I really don't know. But flag away.

First off: "Guess who"? Really? It was obvious.

Next: She would definitely make a great "Bond girl", right up there with Lana Wood and that hot chick from the beginning of "Live And Let Die". rrrrrrrraaaarrrrrrrrr!

But the odd thing I see is that this old ad comes up the same week that Bank Of America announced they would start charging their customers $5.00 a month for using debit cards - and other banks are expected to follow suit. I always knew they were a bad idea.

"... perhaps she's got the cops to become a global icon" ????? So, I guess she's going to strong-arm her way to becoming that global icon. Can they use police brutality. :-) Surely you mean "chops', not cops?

"... which was ssen by far fewer people" ????? Do you mean "seen", not "ssen"

Three little paragraphs and you can't proofread them? Are you incompetent or just too lazy to do so?

Entertainment fluff pieces are generally not written by the Pulitzer Prize winners on the team.

Why is HP ridiculing Hendricks? What did she ever do to HP to deserve such cheesy remarks?

Huff Post announced in addition to their Politics, Business, & Entertainment sections, they're starting a Christina Hendricks section.

Yeah, that's why Casino Royale outrgrossed every previous Bond picture.

LOL... gross take and ratings have very little to do with quality. Case in point, Fox News.

So is the point of this to make us roll our eyes at the whole awful Jame Bond franchise, mock the pointless absurdity of the over-the top mastercard commercial, or gain renewed respect for ms. Hendricks for having 'payed her dues' working crap commercial jobs 14 years ago?

I really don't get it. What the hell is the deal with showing old commercials, old movies, old outfits in public, old outfits at awards shows. Are we really that far gone as a society that we have to relive bad, lust filled memories.
