First-Class Travel: What's Inside Airline Amenity Kits (PHOTOS)

Posted: 02/18/2012 7:00 am

One of the best parts about flying in the front of the plane is that the airlines dole out amenity kits packed with all those little things that make long-haul flights more comfortable -- toothpaste, earplugs, eye masks, moisturizer, lip balm and even cozy socks.

Qantas divvies its products by gender: Men get a fold-out travel bag, and women score a daintier clutch-style purse, both filled with skincare products from Payot Paris (for him and for her). Qantas supplies the gentlemen's bags with Schick shaving cream, a razor and deodorant (do ladies not get sweaty on flights?), plus everyone receives eyeshades, earplugs, socks, a toothbrush, toothpaste and a comb or brush.
